Who can use it?

How to use

Apply 5-10 sprays or desired amount as follows:

1. Warm up Apply a few sprays during activity to help replenish lost magnesium and reduce muscle tightening.
2. Mid training Apply a few sprays during activity to help replenish lost magnesium and reduce muscle tightening.
3. Post training Apply to muscles to aid normalised muscle function, ease stiffness and help replenish lost magnesium.
4. It is normal to feel a slight tingling sensation upon initial use of this product, this is a sign of magnesium deficiency and this effect will reduce as magnesium levels improve.
