How to use

Magnesium Flakes

• Footbath: Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
• Bath: Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase dosage for more intensive treatment or after extensive periods of exercise.

Magnesium Oil Body Spray

Shake it well and spray between five to ten sprays around the body in the affected area and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. The best way to get the desired result is to ensure the application on joints, muscles and areas of concern. Make sure to re-apply whenever needed.

Vegan Health Oral Spray

Initial use

• Make sure to press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
• Shake the pump well before every use to evenly distribute the active ingredients throughout the pump.
• Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
• Replace the cap tightly after use

Dosage

• Vegan Health Oral Spray: 4 sprays contain 3000IU (75μg) of vegan vitamin D3, 6μg of vitamin B12, 5mg of Iron and 150μg of Iodine.
• Magnesium Flakes: 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium chloride.
• Magnesium Oil Body Spray: 10 sprays deliver 200mg (57% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental Magnesium.

Storage

• Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags to avoid moisture. Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left open.
• Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight to maintain the activeness of the formulation.
• Keep out of reach and the sight of children.

Warnings

• Keep in mind not to exceed the recommended dosage – excessive consumption may produce laxative effects which can deteriorate health.
• Food supplements should not replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. They are only used to add value and complete the daily requirement that cannot be met through food.
