How to use

Initial use: 

• Make sure to press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
• Shake the pump well before every use to evenly distribute the active ingredients throughout the pump. 
• Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
• Replace the cap tightly after use.

Dosage

• Approximately, 4 spray contains 10mg of Iron.
• Use 3 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner according to the requirement).
• You do not need to take it with food or water.
