How to use

Magnesium Oil Joint Spray and Magnesium Gel

Gently apply around the clean and dry body and massage well into the skin to accelerate absorption. The best way to get the desired result is to ensure the application on joints, muscles and areas of concern. Make sure to reapply whenever needed.

When to apply

The most appropriate time is after a shower or bath as the skin is warm and the pores are open that aids quick absorption and give better results.

Note: Apply anywhere on the body where you feel the need but make sure to avoid delicate and sensitive areas such as the eyes or irritated skin.

Turmeric Oral Spray

• Initial use:
• Make sure to press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
• Shake the pump well before every use to evenly distribute the active ingredients throughout the pump.
• Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
• Replace the cap tightly after use.

Magnesium Flakes

Footbath: Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

Body Bath: Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase dosage for more intensive treatment or after extensive periods of exercise.

Dosage

Magnesium Oil Joint Spray - 10 sprays delivers 50mg (15% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium and 105mg of glucosamine.

• Does not need to be taken with food or water.
• You can take it at any time of the day; can be combined with your other oral sprays.

Magnesium Gel - 1ml of gel delivers a minimum of 100mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium, with a teaspoon providing 500mg.

Turmeric Oral Spray - 1 spray per day delivers 6.75mg curcuminoids.

Magnesium Flakes- 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium chloride.

Storage

• Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags to avoid moisture. Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left open.
• Oral spay once open, use it within 6 months.
• Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight to maintain the activeness of the formulation.
• Keep out of reach and the sight of children.

Warnings

• Keep in mind not to exceed the recommended dosage – excessive consumption may produce laxative effects which can deteriorate health.
• Food supplements should not replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. They are only used to add value and complete the daily intake of vitamins and minerals that cannot be met through food.

The Magnesium Tingle

On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. That may indicate low magnesium levels in the body.
