Your Shopping Basket explained
When you click on a product’s add to basket or buy now button or link, the selected product will be added to your basket in the top right hand part of the site. If your basket already contains products, this will be shown
as the number of “items” in your basket.
To view the products that are in your basket, put your mouse over or click the Basket button, you will be shown what is in your basket. If you want to remove a product, click on the small X next to the product,
which will remove them from your basket.
To purchase, click on the View Cart or Proceed to Checkout button, which will take you to the check out process, where you can register, sign in or buy as a ‘Guest’ to make the payments for your products.

Gift Vouchers/Collect points
At present, naturaljuices does not offer gift vouchers but we do offer a collection of points system where every £1.00 spent with us is awarded 1 point. 1 point equals £0.01. You can redeem your points every time you shop
with us subject to a minimum usage of 100 points per transaction.

Postage and Delivery Information
Orders received before 2.30pm are usually dispatched on the same working day. If we receive an order after this time, it is normally dispatched with the following working day’s orders.
Orders weighing under 2kg in total are usually sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class small packets Business Post
and items weighing over 2kg are usually sent via our couriers Interlink Express for
Next Working Day Delivery or another courier depending on where you live.
If you have any special delivery instructions that you have forgotten to leave for us during checkout, please email or call us and we will be happy to oblige.
All items sent by Interlink Express are delivered the next working day. You may provide us with an alternative delivery address such as your work address during checkout if you know you are not going to be home
when Interlink Express attempts to deliver your order. Interlink deliver orders between 8.30am and 5.30pm. Interlink Express will provide an hourly delivery slot which will be emailed to you by them on the morning of
the scheduled delivery day so that you do not have to wait in for them all day. In most cases, you are also able to change the delivery online or via text to a more convenient slot should you wish to.
If you are not in, they will try and leave the parcel with a neighbour. If they are unable to, they will leave a calling card for you and will usually attempt to re-deliver the item on the next working day. If
they are still unable to reach you, Interlink Express will take your order to their nearest depot where you can collect your order at your convenience. Your package must however be collected within 5 working days or
it will be returned to us. Please note that returned packages will incur a re-delivery charge of £15.00.

Here at naturaljuices we take online security very seriously. We’d like to assure you that we take great care to protect the personal information you send to us over the Internet. All credit and debit card purchases are
processed directly using a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant card processing company; Employees of naturaljuices have no access to this information whatsoever.
We do not store actual credit card information like card numbers or CVV numbers (3 digit security codes) on our website. You can rest assured that in the very unlikely event that our security is breached, your
personally identifiable financial data is not stored anywhere on our systems.

You can also choose to pay via PaymentSense -a rapidly growing Online Payment Service provider. Any Debit or Credit Card can be used to make payment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we offer a ‘no quibble’ refund or exchange for your item(s).

If there is a problem with an individual product in your order it won’t hold your order up. It is common for your order to get split up by the postal services and sometimes you may receive only half your order one day and

To find the product you are looking for you can either:

Add the product to your basket:
Once you have found the correct product(s), simply select the option that you want (capsule/tablet number and price) and click “Add to basket”.
Specify quantities and proceed to checkout:
