Causes of Claustrophobia:

- Amygdala: This is one of the smallest but powerful structures of the brain. Due to this, the body can perform the coping fear and also fight-or-flight response. When a person perceives any visible or invisible fear, the Amygdala’s frontal nuclei which are associated with each other send impulses. Due to this, the body has various kinds of symptoms including enhanced heartbeat, respiration and a fearful feeling.
- Classical Conditioning: Most of the claustrophobic effects arise in humans due to their past dreadful experiences that cause many kinds of aftereffects in the future. For example, if a person has experienced falling in well or getting kidnapped at a lonely place, these incidents are well to hamper the function of the brain if any such similar objects appear.

Though it is a mental disorder, we can suppress Claustrophobia using the following methods:
