What is Arthritis?

•Inflammatory Arthritis: This type of arthritis occurs when the immunity of the body is weak due to either environmental conditions or negligence in the intake of nourishment. As a consequence, the joints in the body get attacked, and it could cause innumerable problems in the body.

Prevention from Arthritis:
Though arthritis arises due to many reasons such as age, heredity or gender (arthritis is more common in females), few habits could lessen the accumulation of this disease in the body. Some of the measures that could prevent arthritis are:
•Include a lot of fish in your diet. The Omega 3 fatty acids and unsaturated fats could help to reduce inflammations of the body.
•Be conscious of your weight. This disease is more common in chubby people. The right-sized body would reduce your chances of encountering this disease.
•Regular exercise and yoga follow-ups would further add to the chances that you do not face this disease and get affected.
•Use liquids that introduce calcium in the body and prevent you from inflammations. Avoid fizzy and hard drinks in your diet.
