We have provided this Buying Guide to help you with any questions you may have. If you are still unsure about any aspect, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Making a purchase from Natural Juices is safe and easy. We use Paypal because it is safe and secure and this is very important to us. Paypal currently have over 100 Million members Worldwide and you too can become a member after your purchase if you so wish. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to make a purchase. Any Debit or Credit card displayed in the Icons can be used.

Please note that we do not store any of your sensitive card details. These are handled and processed securely only by Paypal. We will never pass on your other personal details to any third parties.

Ordering online

Choose the product that you are interested in for example, Goji Juice and click on it. Each product has a photo of the item and a description in order to ensure that you have a clear idea of what you are purchasing. If you wish to purchase this item, click on the "Add To Cart" button to the right or at the bottom of the page.
A pop up will appear showing you what is in your basket. You are now given the options of "Empty Cart" to remove what's in your Shopping Basket, "Continue Shopping" if you still have a few more things to buy and "Check Out" if you have finished shopping.

You can add or remove items from your shopping basket by increasing or decreasing the number in the "Quantity" box and pressing "Update Cart". The total amount shown includes Delivery to the UK and is the final amount you will pay. Overseas customers will have to pay the respective delivery charge depending on where they reside after they select their 'Shipping Region' in Checkout.

At Check Out, you will be presented with a form showing you all the items that are in your basket.

You will be asked to provide your details and also your Shipping details. If both sets of details are the same, please check the box and your details will be automatically filled. Otherwise, please fill in the address to where you would like us to deliver your order. Once you have completed the form and selected your 'Shipping Region' click on 'Continue' and you will be taken to a secure page so that payment can be made.
The Big Gold Padlock at the top of the page lets you know that you are now in a secure area and that all details that are entered now, will be safe and secure. If you have an account with Paypal, please enter your Email Address and your Password to make payment. Otherwise, please choose your method of payment by selecting the payment method of your choice e.g. Mastercard, Visa, Switch or Delta etc. Complete the payment form and click the "Pay" button.

A few moments later, a screen will appear confirming your order. You will also be sent an email confirming the details of your order from ourselves as well as Paypal.
We then receive your order in the form of an email. We pack your order usually on the same or following working day and dispatch it either by courier or Royal Mail.

Delivery

Orders received before 2.30pm are dispatched on the same day. If we receive an order after this time, it is normally dispatched with the following day's orders. Single Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and Multiple Items are sent via our couriers Initial City-Link for Next Working Day Delivery.

 If you have any special delivery instructions, you can leave them in the 'Message' box via Paypal when completing the checkout process.

 All items sent by Initial City Link are delivered the next working day. At checkout, you may provide us with your work address for delivery if you know you are not going to be home when City Link attempts to deliver your order. City-Link deliver orders between 9am and 5.30pm. A specific delivery time is not available.

If you are not in, they will leave a calling card for you and will usually attempt to re-deliver the item on the next day. If they are still unable to reach you, City Link will take your order to the nearest City Link depot where you can collect your order at your convenience. Your package must however be collected within 5 working days or it will be returned to us. Please note that returned packages will incur a re-delivery charge of £15.00.

 Please contact us should you not have received your order within 5 working days.

Single units will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery. Again, you may provide us with another address for delivery if it is more convenient.
